I used all the pattern pieces without modifying any of them. I did however use my own sculpting technique, painted eyes, and coloring on the face as well as adding a pacifier. I must be honest in saying, that the pacifier was added to cover up a booboo on the mouth and is non-removable. I had a blast making this pattern and as always Judi is flawless with her instructions and details. I have quite few of Judi's patterns so plan to see more finished dolls in the future.
