Tipsy is a little girl who so loves life and all it's many adventures. She is a very mature little girl for her age yet still so young and naive at heart. This makes for such a unique and enticing personality, if I do say so myself, and I am sure Tipsy would agree with me. Tipsy often carries a serious look on her face that looks much like a pout or perhaps even makes her look a bit sad or sleepy but, do not be fooled, this is not because she is either one of those things, but rather because she loves to try and figure out all the mysteries in life so finds herself deep in thought much of the time, and lets face it, thought does not come without it's share of serious and sometimes solemn expression. Tipsy is the very proud "mascot" of Tipsy Teacup Creations.
